(may' uh reh-gee' baw) Place name meaning, “clearing of Geba.” Israel's army readied an ambush there for tribe of Benjamin (Judges 20:33 NAS). Other translations translated the first part of the name or follow a Greek text in reading “west of Gibeah,” a change of the final Hebrew letter. See Gibeah .
