Thus, one has injured another, how far and in what way is he obliged to make reparation; one has taken what belongs to another, to what extent and in what manner is he obliged to make restitution; persons living as husband and wife begin to doubt about the validity of their marriage, what impediments may there have been that would render the marriage null and void.
