Qal Perfect 3 plural consecutive וּפָֽלְטוּ Ezekiel 7:16 and (if) escapers of them escape).

Pi`el causative: Imperfect 3 masculine singular suffix יְפַלְּטֵם; 2 masculine singular תְּפַלֵּט Micah 6:14, etc.; Imperative masculine singular מַּלְּטָה Psalm 17:13, etc.; Participle suffix מְפַלְּטִי Psalm 18:3 +; —
